What you do inside your house is your business, but how you keep the outside of your house effects the property values of your neighbors; you have a responsibility to your neighbors to keep the outside of your house and the surrounding landscaping up to standards set by your neighbors.

From how Kap described it I thought it was going to look a lot worse. I don't see why he got the letter. I have seen lawns that are much worse than this. Did he ever find out who the letter was from?
