Don't forget that, in addition to this blog, some of the other places we hang out in cyberspace include on SteveAndJohnnie.com, on Facebook, on Twitter, on the SteveAndJohnnieShow's Channel on YouTube, on our Yahoo group and, believe it or not, there is even more with yet more to come.

But then, since we're expecting that check from our new Nigerian friend, the entire Internet may only be the beginning of our acquisitions.

This is another really full week but don't be surprised if there are some last minute additions. So, you might want to check back in this post now and then for the latest as we know it. At the moment, here's how things shape up.

SUNDAY NIGHT / MONDAY MORNING:

Our New Music Monday Magic Laser lands on "Tin Can Trust," the first collection of new, original material in four years from the Grammy winning band from East L.A., Los Lobos. The album's first single, "Burn It Down," features backing vocals from our friend, Susan Tedeschi. This just may be one of Los Lobos best albums ever!

MONDAY NIGHT / TUESDAY MORNING:

It's the first Monday of August and, as we do on the first Monday night of every month, we'll fire up our virtual "little theater" screen to preview some of the new month's movies. Joining us per usual, popcorn bag in hand, will be Hank Sartin, Film Editor for Time Out Chicago.

Along with Hank, tonight, we've got some pretty special "coming attractions."

We're very excited to welcome Peoria, IL born director Aaron Schneider whose critically accaliamed movie Get Low starring Robert Duvall and Bill Murray premeries, in Chicago, this week.

Also, Scott Smith of filmflunkies.com shares his review of Scott Pilgrim Versus the World.

And we'll take a look at Eat Pray Love along with The Expendables and a whole lot more.

For many years, as our Monday night segued into the wee hours of Tuesday morning, we'd check redhotred.com to see who our friend Les Paul had been jamming with at the Iridium Jazz Club, in New York. Now and then Les would surprise us with a call after his show. Once again, tonight we'll take a few minutes and remember the amazing Les Paul and his legacy as we revisit part of an interview, a story, a laugh or, most importantly, his music and listen to "A Little More Les."

TUESDAY NIGHT / WEDNESDAY MORNING:

It's a return visit and in-studio performance from the internationally renowned founder of the All Star Guitar Night and the Music For Life Alliance, the multi-talented Muriel Anderson.
