Ingredients:
8oz Sour Cream
1 can Creamed Corn (not strained)
1 can Regular Corn (strained)
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 stick of Butter (melted)
1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin mix.
Mix in bowl and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees (leave top off) for 45 minutes.
