"Felony Franks" ex-con managed hotdog restaurant in legal battle with Chicago
The "Felony Franks" hotdog restaurant in Chicago only hires ex-convicts. They are currently in a legal battle with the city over their right in having "Felony" on their store's sign. Is this a zoning issue or does the neighborhood have a problem with the restaurant hiring a bunch of ex-convicts? Owner Jim Andrews and his lawyer talk with WGN's Mike McConnell.
