Since he NEVER mentioned busting unions in the campaign you can't honestly say he is doing what he was elected to do. Now we find out his motivation is to appear similar to Ronald Reagan. Someone needs to inform the mental midget that Bedtime for Bonzo was a movie and not a political strategy.
Thank you to the heroic 14! you are doing your jobs in the best way possible now and we know that and love you for it!
Shame on you Republicans for listening to the Koch brothers rather than your consitiuents. This is Bait and Switch and you know it, and you definately know we know it. I hope the Kochs have bought you nice out of state retirement homes, you will need them next year.
How does a Governor draw better teachers to his state?? I'm guessing it is easier to do the opposite. If I lived in Wisconsin, I would be packing my bags to find a state where my children would get a better education. The odds are there will be a huge drop in teachers going to Wisconsin if this bill is passed. I wonder if the Governor was serious, would he include as Wisconsin polititians to pay "their fair share" for pensions and healthcare, as well as NO MORE PERKS FOR JERKS POLICY. If he was serious of taking away the negotiating rights, with exception of cost of living raises, that he would roll back all wages to 1960 scale and adjust for inflation. Now... that would be fair.. But I don't seem to remember any concessions by the polititians in Wisconsin...NOT ONE CONCESSION by the FAT CATS. Does a Senator,Congressman, Governor have to wait 30 years for FULL PENSION? What percent of their pay goes toward their healthcare? Let's take it out on the middle class...cause they are rolling in the dough...Why do you want to hurt the middle class?
