Did they ever rescue her?
This is the girl who was in the car infront of Jennifer. My brother and I walked 6 miles at 10:20pm to where Jennifer and my mom were. After we spent 17 hours in the car with out any help when my uncle came to get us in his pick up. He came down route 72 which was only one lane. Later, when my dad came from st. charles after getting stuck about 3 times trying to come and save my mom, brother, and I. He and my uncle went back to what they described as a "war zone" where our car was trapped and we packed Jennifer some food and brought some dog food. My uncle drove her and her dogs home safe. They all made it and I have to say worst experience of my life. It's important when in situations like that that you look out for people. I'm so glad we could help out jennifer and her dogs.
~ I also owe my Uncle Jim who had the pick up a huge thanks for helping us because without him jennifer and us would still have been trapped for a long time.
