Help me understand this. Who proposed this law? What was the vote count? I am still trying to figure out how 6000 people sent in 6 million dollars. That is a boat load of computers bought on line. About $170,000 per person spent buying items online that were not taxed and out of the kindness of their hearts they sent in checks. This has to be a joke.
