You are so Right Mr. Rutherford!! I use to live in IL, and taxes in PL are too much! Gov. Quinn needs to listen to you and the people of IL and to Wall Street!! Mr. Quinn needs to take lessons from LA governor, Bobby Gindall in how to budget the money without going out and borrowing the money and not able to pay it back! I now live in LA, and I am so glad that I moved down here and out of IL and the big spender, Gov. Pat Quinn!!
