WEDNESDAY, JULY 1ST CAP AND TRADE The House of Representatives has just passed their cap and trade legislation, and it now moves on to the Senate. You've heard from the media and from public figures and politicians about how this bill will solve our economic and environmental problems. But is this really necessary? Will this be helpful in the long run? Will this end up hurting us? You don't hear much dissent, but tonight you most definitely will. We welcome three guests from the Heartland Institute who may have some less than kind things to say about this new piece of legislation.
