Does the second amendment guarantee the right of citizens to bear arms? Or is this merely an outdated right that ought to be revoked or seriously restricted? On this program, we debated this divisive issue. Arguing for the continued pertinence of the second amendment was Bob Levy, Chairman of the Cato Institute. The other side of the issue was argued by Dennis Henigan of the Brady Campaign. (3/26/2009)
