Does the second amendment guarantee the right of citizens to bear arms? Or is this merely an outdated right that ought to be revoked or seriously restricted? On this program, we debated this divisive issue. Arguing for the continued pertinence of the second amendment was Bob Levy, Chairman of the Cato Institute. The other side of the issue was argued by Dennis Henigan of the Brady Campaign. (3/26/2009)

The story of the hunt for Adolf Eichmann and his subsequent capture is today used as a guide for capturing and trying war criminals. With the aid of newly declassified documents and tireless research by our guest, we now have a full account of the Eichmann story. We welcome to the studio Neal Bascomb, author of Hunting Eichmann: How a Band of Survivors and a Young Spy Agency Chased Down the World’s Most Notorious Nazi. The story is a look into how the architect of the mass murder of the European Jewish population was tracked down with the collaboration of the CIA, foreign spy agencies, and a group of holocaust survivors. You won’t want to miss this revealing program. (3/10/2009)

Do you think there are too many laws? Perhaps you think the government intrudes into our life too often to tell us what to do. If you’re nodding your head in agreement, then you’ll probably agree with our guests on this program. We’re joined in the studio by two distinguished individuals—Frank Buckley, professor of law at George Mason University and author of Fair Governance: The Enforcement of Morals, and Philip Howard, an attorney and author of Life Without Lawyers: Liberating Americans From Too Much Law. Both authors are concerned about the increasing amount of control government has over our lives and will be discussing that with us tonight. (3/2/2009)
