1/3 cup tequila
1/4 cup dry vermouth
juice of 2 limes (about 2 Tablespoons )
juice of 1/2 lemon (about 2 Tablespoons)
1 cup orange juice
1 cup finely minced onion
1 Tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 finely chopped jalapeƱo (remove most of the the seeds and veins from 1 of the jalapenos)
1 1/2 lbs. large raw, peeled, and deveined shrimp
1. Mix all the ingredients but the shrimp. Add the shrimp and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
2. Remove from marinade and grill on a hot flame until cooked through.
