Fans from around the world lifted a mug, a glass, a bottle, or a container of their own choosing for the 12th Annual Worldwide Toast to Harry Caray on Monday, March 1st. One of the biggest crowds was at the brand new Harry Caray's Tavern at Navy Pier. WGN Radio's Steve Cochran broadcast live from Harry's, followed by Sports Central with David Kaplan. Festivities at the event included a toast to Harry at 7:40pm, led by Dutchie Caray, followed by a round of Take Me Out to the Ballgame. Dutchie was joined on stage by an all star cast of celebrities. Immediately after the toast, guests enjoyed a fireworks spectacular in honor of the grand opening of Harry Caray's Tavern, Navy Pier presented by Rockstar Energy Drink.
